Policy and updated for Center/Institute in India
- Franchise Fee: This is concluded that the Franchisee will be starting conducting business in his territory by Paying Franchise Fee as per Current Plan
- Student Fee: ICSDINDIA will Charges 250 RS Per Student from you, for Software & Hardware Course (Vocational Course & Others Courss are Different Fee) One time Only At the time of Registration on site, When the student takes Admission in the center then will he have to do online on the site.
- All Computer Software Zone & Hardware Zone Course Fee 250 Rs Per Student Soft Copy Only If You Need HardCopy Then 50 Charges Extra
- Vocational Zone & Teacher Training Zone & Others Course Fee
1 Day to 3 Month Course = 300 Rs
6 Month Course Fee= 600 Rs
1 Year Course Fee= 800 Rs
2 Year Course= 1500 Rs
Note: The student has to add on the online portal at the time of admission itself. If the student is not added online at the time of admission, then late fee is charged on him, which will be according to the course (to know more see Point No. 5). & Above mention fee is b applicable for at least five students otherwise fee will be increased.
3. Renewals: There is no any annual renewal fee or any hidden charges, (to know more see Point No. 9, 20)
4. Monthly Report: The Franchise will have to submit Its Monthly Report Every Month on the 1st of Every Month , if a franchise Does Not Submit its Monthly report, ICSDINDIA Cancel its Franchise without any Notice.
5. About Due: All your due balance has to be deposited before 10th of every month. Late fee will be charged per student after 10th date. Late fee table is bellow :

6. About Exam: Student Exam conduct by us on 20 to 30 date of every Month (Exam Mode Online/Offline) and Exam Detail must be told a week ago. After the examination Center will have to submit certificate request form on SCR or email data@icsdindia.in . within 15 days of the submission of the request form, the certificate will be delivered to Franchise address. Note: If the exam is taken offline, then the exam copy will have to be made in pdf and sent to the email, which should also contain the question paper, student roll number, student signature.
7. Franchise Cancel: If you not agree with Indian Council of Skill Development /ICSDINDIA / Education Drive that you can write a email to data@icsdindia.in for cancellation of your application. If you give franchise from your institute then your franchise will be canceled without any notice.
8. Refund: Once you made payment for franchise activation its not refundable in any case. Payment made for student registration fee also not refundable.
9. Minimum Admission: At least 30 Admission Should be done in a Financial Year (Registration Date to Expired Date), If 30 admission does not happen then ICSDINDIA will charge you 3000 RS & that will be adjust to your Next Student & if you Center Certificate is expired then send your renewal request on our email, if your Certificate is Expired then no verification of your center will be given by ICSDINDIA & your ID will be closed.
10. Fee Adjust: if a student Leaves the class in the Middle his/her entire fee will be adjusted to the Next Student.(Fee update Advance Wallet Balance, there will be no Refund in the Bank Ac/paytm or any type)
11. Franchise Cancel: If Franchise was found a illegal work at its Center, ICSDINDIA Will Cancel his Franchise without any notice. If you have any complaint regarding ICSDINDIA team member then you can send his complaint to info@icsdindia.in, If you have any feedback you can send us Feedback Form. If any of the Center Head or Center staff Member misbehave with the ICSDINDIA team member then your franchise will be canceled immediately without any prior notice. If any student is studying in any of our branches, And while studying, they mislead the head office and take the study center from us then your franchise will be closed without any notice.
12. Update: ICSDINDIA shall have full right to update/modify/change/add, any rules & regulations pertaining to my/our centre association/fee structure/authorization/activation with ICSDINDIA .
13. Branch is not allowed to Create any Social Website page or any Website with the name of ICSDINDIA /Indian Council of Skill Development /Education Drive / ICSDINDIA Center/ ICSDINDIA Institute if someone does, that the franchise will be cancel & there will be legal action against his/her.
14. Branch shall be Self Responsible for the building and building related security of its Institute (Like first aid kit & Fire & Safety Tools Etc)
15. Student Information: The Center will be fully Responsible for about Student information that he puts into Student Admission Form. If a student information if found to be Inaccurate, the Center (Branch Head) will be responsible for it.
16. If you Center (Branch Name, Center Name) is Registered with the name of ICSDINDIA, Indian Council of Skill Development , Education Drive, Then you Can’t Work from Taking Franchises someone else by this Name & no one can register any type of any other Institution/organization by this Name. If anyone found to do so, Legal Action will be taken against him.
17. The Distance form One Institute to another will be 3 Kilometer inside the Village & 1 Kilometer in the Urban area. Confirm that there are no Other Study Center in your area before sending the registration form. If found, the 2nd Center franchise will be cancelled & No more amount will be refunded. If a Center wants to expand is Distance, It can call the given Number and get all Information.
18. No one can issue their certificates in the name of ICSDINDIA , all the certificates that will be issued by the head office & You also cannot issue your own certificate using the name of ICSDINDIA (If anyone is found doing this, legal action will be taken against him.
19. Center Activation: To activate your center’s status, send your center’s lab photo, office photo and Front banner photo to email id on data@icsdindia.in (Note: Use/Written your Center code and power by ICSDINDIA India in your Banner) banner Size (10*6 or 8*6, 6*4) As per your Center Front.
Note: If the team has any doubts during your verification, the verification of your institute will be done through video call. Without Activation No certifications will be issued. (We have some technical courses, for which it is necessary to have the experience letter of the student.)
20. If The Center Certificate is expiry then the center will send email to our email (data@icsdindia.in) for Renewal. The Renewal certificate will be send to your email with in 24 hrs.
21. Head Office Personnel can visit the study Centres at any time during working Hours.
22. Both certificate and marksheet are given within 1 year computer course, in less than 1 year course, if the marksheet is wanted/need to separately, then 50 rupees will have to be paid for it.
23. Courses can be added or removed from the panel as per the marketing trends, If you think there is any such course which can help the student in skill, then send the complete information of that course on email ( Course Name, Course Content, Course duration on Text File. After reviewing the course, the complete details of the course will be updated in your panel.
