It is mandatory to fulfill the new agreement form and to submit with 1000 Rupees as renewal fees at head office till date 25-03-2024.
If not done then the head office will evaluate the centers after 31-03-2024 and your center will be removed online from board’s website .
From 01-04-2024 to 30-04-2024 the board will accept the form with 2000 Rupees as late renewal charges.

2.Without paying your debt amount it will not possible to renew your center.
3.Agreement form should be clearly fulfilled with the center director’s photo at appropriate place.
4.If the address or center director of the center has changed without any pre information , kindly send the affidavit and a letter on your letterhead.
5.Before sending, kindly inter the mobile number and Email Id of the center director in appropriate column.
