Institutional Overview
The Indian Council of Skill Development (ICSDINDIA) is an autonomous body established under the Private Partnership Model (PPM) for the promotion of skill and vocational training in India. Our foundation is aligned with the guidelines of the National Education Policy 1986 and the Programme of Action 1992, Government of India.
Constitutional Rights
The council fulfills vocational and educational rights under Article 14, 15, 19, 21, 26, 29, 30, 45, and 46 of the Indian Constitution.
Govt. Recognition
Incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act (MCA) and recognized by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi & NITI Aayog (NGO Darpan).

Exponential growth across 28 States and 9 Union Territories, making youth employable through certified trade training.
Mission & Vision
Our moral duty is to honor the spirit of technical education in remote and hilly areas. ICSDINDIA coordinates all skill-based development efforts across the country in joint collaboration with the Skill Training & Development Certification Board. We aim to empower rural and urban populations, specifically focusing on women and children, providing them a better life through self-reliance.
